By registering for this program you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions which govern your access to and use of the program:
- Registration in this program is on an individual basis only.
- Full payment is required in order for registration to be completed.
- Only the person who is registered is entitled to access the program.
- Registration is not transferable.
- Access to the program is available for a period of 12 months from date of registration.
- Registration entitles you to full access to all training videos and program materials and to any bonus webinars (subject to the unrestricted right of the program provider to revise, alter or discontinue all or any part of the program content including, without limitation, the frequency, content and duration of any bonus webinar).
- You are not permitted to provide your access code to any other person.
- You agree that if, in breach of these terms and conditions, you provide your access code or any of the program materials to any other person then you will pay an additional registration fee for each person who has obtained the access code or program materials from you within seven days of that occurring.
- You acknowledge that the videos, recordings, text, learning materials and aids that comprise the program are owned by the program provider and are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. These materials are not permitted to be recorded or reproduced in any form without permission except to the extent permitted by law.
- Although the program provides basic skills training suitable for newly admitted lawyers, you acknowledge that nothing in the program constitutes legal advice, or workplace or career advice, coaching or counselling and you are responsible for assessing the level of applicability of any part of the training and materials to your individual circumstances.
- You understand and acknowledge that this program is not intended as a replacement or substitution for individual professional supervision by an appropriately qualified solicitor.
- You release the program provider from any claim for loss, injury, damage or liability whatsoever in any way arising from, or in relation to, or connected with the training provided in this program whether directly or indirectly.
- Certain registration and other information that you provide may be collected by the program provider and is governed by the terms of the program privacy policy.
- The program provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the program if you are in breach of these terms and conditions or if you do anything which compromises the program’s security, or is considered offensive, harmful or unlawful in relation to your use of and access to the program.
- The program provider reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. By continuing to access or use the program after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms and Conditions.
- The program provider may terminate the program and all access to the program materials and related services at any time. In those circumstances, the program provider will use its best endeavours to provide a minimum of 30 days’ notice to all users. If, at the time of such termination, any user has been registered with the program for a period of less than 12 months, they will be entitled to a pro-rata refund of their registration fee (calculated as 1/12th of the registration fee for each remaining month of the initial 12-month period). Any person who, for any reason, has been registered for a period of 12 months or longer will not be entitled to, or in any way eligible for, any refund.
- The program provider reserves the right to transfer and assign all right, title and interest in the program to a third party.
