New Lawyer Accelerator Program
Terms and Conditions

By registering for this program, whether in full or in part, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions which govern your access to and use of the program:
- Registration in this program, whether in full or in part, is on an individual basis only.
- Full payment is required in order for registration to be completed.
- Only the person who is registered is entitled to access the program.
- Registration is not transferable.
- The following provisions apply when upgrading from core 3-webinar to extended 5-webinar training bundles:
- The upgrade must be for the related training bundle.
- The upgrade must take place within 6 months of registration in the core 3-webinar training bundle.
- The upgrade is only available to the person registered in the related3-webinar core training bundle.
- The value of any upgrade price reduction is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- Not available in conjunction with any other discount, promotional pricing or special offer.
- The following provisions apply to receiving a payment credit when upgrading from 3-webinar or 5-webinar training bundles to the complete New Lawyer Accelerator Program:
- Not available in conjunction with any other discount, promotional pricing or special offer.
- Applies only to full‑fee registration in the complete New Lawyer Accelerator Program.
- Credit is non‑transferable and applies only to the original person registered.
- Limited to upgrades made within 6 months of Training Bundle purchase.
- Credit may be applied to a single upgrade only.
- Credit is not redeemable for cash.
- Access to the program is available for the following periods from date of registration (in cases of upgrades, the stipulated period runs from date of the upgrade registration):
- For 3-webinar training bundles – 60 days.
- For 5-webinar training bundles – 90 days.
- For upgrades from 3- to 5-webinar training bundles – 90 days.
- For the full program (including upgrades from training bundles) – 12 months.
- Registration entitles you to full access to all training videos and program materials and to any bonus webinars during the registration period (subject to the unrestricted right of the program provider to revise, alter or discontinue all or any part of the program content including, without limitation, the frequency, content and duration of any bonus webinar).
- You are not permitted to provide your access code to any other person.
- You agree that if, in breach of these terms and conditions, you provide your access code or any of the program materials to any other person then you will pay an additional registration fee for each person who has obtained the access code or program materials from you within seven days of that occurring.
- You acknowledge that the videos, recordings, text, learning materials and aids that comprise the program are owned by the program provider and are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. These materials are not permitted to be recorded or reproduced in any form without permission except to the extent permitted by law.
- Although the program provides basic skills training suitable for newly admitted lawyers, you acknowledge that nothing in the program constitutes legal advice, or workplace or career advice, coaching or counselling and you are responsible for assessing the level of applicability of any part of the training and materials to your individual circumstances.
- You understand and acknowledge that this program is not intended as a replacement or substitution for individual professional supervision by an appropriately qualified solicitor. To be clear, these webinars and learning resources are for training purposes only. For anything specific to your matters or firm, you should speak with your supervising solicitor.
- You release the program provider from any claim for loss, injury, damage or liability whatsoever in any way arising from, or in relation to, or connected with the training provided in this program whether directly or indirectly.
- Certain registration and other information that you provide may be collected by the program provider and is governed by the terms of the program privacy policy.
- The program provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the program if you are in breach of these terms and conditions or if you do anything which compromises the program’s security, or is considered offensive, harmful or unlawful in relation to your use of and access to the program.
- The program provider reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. By continuing to access or use the program after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms and Conditions.
- The program provider may terminate the program and all access to the program materials and related services at any time. In those circumstances, the program provider will use its best endeavours to provide a minimum of 30 days’ notice to all users. If, at the time of such termination, any user has been registered with the program for a period of less than 12 months, they will be entitled to a pro-rata refund of their registration fee (calculated as 1/12th of the registration fee for each remaining month of the initial 12-month period). These provision apply on a pro-rata basis to anyone registered for only a part of the program in 3-webinar or 5- webinar or upgraded training bundles. Any person who, for any reason, has been registered for a period of 12 months or longer will not be entitled to, or in any way eligible for, any refund.
- The program provider reserves the full and unfettered right to transfer and assign all right, title and interest in the program, including all registration details, to a third party at any time.
